This is certainly unique…. don’t know how true it is. It would be interesting to see if anyone can actually prove this true.

In case anyone’s unaware, I added more free songs to download (legally that I paid for) under the tab
“links to songs I downloaded”. I added 10 new songs… although this time they are all under one dropbox link file… Might want to check it out sometime.
Wether society is aware of it or not, people of all ages, not just the youth or the old, are becoming more and more addicted to their “Mini-me’s”. Although I would say that the addiction is greater for the youth then any other age group. I created my meme because it demonstrates an unfortunate truth about society today: People are so addicted to their social networking sites/apps that in some cases they will actually start freaking out about it, to the point that you would think that their is actually an emergency. The medium of social networking sites/ apps, such as Facebook and Instagram, are appealing because it allows the user to spread their message through the most effective medium of all time, the Internet. This results in users of mass media interpreting a message in a different way just because it is communicated in this medium. This demonstrates how Marshall Mcluhan’s famous quote, “The medium is the message” is correct. This proves Mcluhan’s quote is true be true because if the same message posted on a social networking site/app is transformed onto a different medium, such as print or radio, the meaning of the message might change because it is now being communicated in a different manner, which in turn could affect how someone perceives their message.
Didn’t know this…. Oh well I guess anyone reading this will probably be dead before the next sequential date on our calendar.
